TaleReach ("TaleReach", "we", "us") provides a prospecting tool that helps businesses find local companies that may need their services. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit our website or use our product, and the choices you have.

It covers our website, our waitlist, and the TaleReach application. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

Account information. Your name, email address, company name and billing details when you create an account or join the waitlist.

Usage data. Standard technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, and searches you run inside the product.

Information you provide. Anything you submit through forms, support requests, saved searches or outreach drafts.

TaleReach surfaces publicly available information about businesses, including public reviews, business contact details, and listing data. This information is drawn from sources that are already open to the public.

We do not sell personal data. Business owners may request removal of their information by contacting us at hello@talereach.ai, and we will process the request within a reasonable time.

We use information to operate and improve the service, authenticate you, deliver search results and drafted outreach, provide support, process payments, monitor for abuse and security issues, and send service and product communications you can opt out of.

Service providers. We share information with vendors who host our infrastructure, process payments, send email and provide analytics, strictly to perform work on our behalf.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

We do not sell your data.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and security obligations. When information is no longer needed we delete it or de-identify it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR; residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what is collected and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email us and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the service may not work as intended.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TaleReach is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product and our legal obligations evolve. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in-product notice.
