Terms of Service

By accessing or using TaleReach you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TaleReach helps businesses identify local companies that may need their services by surfacing publicly available listing and review information, alongside contact details and suggested outreach copy. Features may change, expand or be withdrawn as the product evolves.

You must be at least 18 and using TaleReach for business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws when conducting outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the GDPR. That includes honouring opt-out requests, identifying yourself accurately, and having a lawful basis for contact where one is required.

You must not use TaleReach for harassment, unlawful contact, or bulk unsolicited messaging in violation of law. You also must not scrape, resell or redistribute the data, attempt to circumvent limits, or use the service to build a competing dataset.

Data in TaleReach is sourced from public listings and reviews and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. We provide it "as is" and do not warrant that any contact detail, rating, review or attribute is current or correct. Verify before you rely on it.

You retain ownership of content you create in the product. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to operate the service.

Pricing is not final and is subject to change before general availability. Plans and credits described on the site are placeholders. Where paid plans apply, fees will be billed in advance, credits may expire at the end of a billing period, and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis unless the applicable law says otherwise.

TaleReach, its software, design, brand and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, and nothing more.

The service may integrate with or link to third-party products such as email providers, payment processors and data sources. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific result, reply rate or revenue outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using TaleReach at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continued provision poses a risk to the service or other users. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
